Renovation of an educational facility in New Iberia, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Gym Building Repairs and New Finishes at Westgate High School for the Iberia Parish School Board. Sealed bids are requested for repairs and new finishes to the gym building at Westgate High School. Bids must be submitted either by mail, in person, or electronically. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond with power of attorney from a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana. Money Orders and Company Checks are not acceptable. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the opening date except as allowed by law. Official Bid Documents are available online or at the architect's office for a deposit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause, and such actions will comply with Louisiana R.S. 38:2214. Any questions regarding bidding procedures should be directed to Julie Comeaux with Architects' Design Studio at 337-364-0962. written request for interpretation thereof, the request is to reach the Architect no later than seven days before bids will be opened.
