Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Cathedral City, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 8,000-square-foot, one-story above grade office development; and industrial development.
All work to be performed during normal business hours (Mon.-Fri., 7am-5pm). Please provide an ADD alternate for night or off hours work. All work to be performed using prevailing wages. Please provide DEDUCT alternate to use standard (Open Shop) wages. The Site Plan & Gated Parking Extents shown on sheet A1 is listed as not to scale. The approximate scale is approx. 1"=40'. This project may have to be phased. Please provide an ADD alternate for additional mobilizations. The project involves the remodel of an existing office and warehouse space for new offices occupied by the State of California. Bidders are instructed to refer to the Project Scope of Work and trade specific markups due to the vagueness of the plans. The project is a prevailing wage job, and there are requested alternates detailed in the Project Scope of Work. Bids must be submitted in PDF format only, with all pages combined into a single file, and emailed to both eparamo@cmcorp.co and estimating@cmcorp.co.
