Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Peculiar, Missouri. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking unit pricing bids for district-wide asphalt and concrete repair and replacement. The scope of work includes the repair and replacement of various concrete and asphalt surfaces at multiple school sites. All concrete is to be #4K KCMMB, with sidewalks considered four inches thick and pavement eight inches thick. The unit cost must include mobilization fees per site. Subgrade removal and replacement will involve eight inches of soil and eight inches of MoDOT Type 5 base rock. Crack sealing requires a hot pour elastomeric type sealant conforming to ASTM D 6690 Type II for cracks wider than a quarter-inch. All curb unit costs are to include removal and replacement.
