Engineer's Estimate $600,000 to $675,000 The purpose of this project is to furnish all labor, material, equipment, and perform all work required for constructing Forestdale Park. Forestdale Park is a 4.24-acre property with this project including improvements on the northern portion of the property. The project consists of ADA compliant sidewalks, concrete basketball court, installation of site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation. Minor coordination with existing utilities may be required. The contractor should exercise caution near the existing storm drain, water, sanitary sewer, gas, and underground electric lines. The 100-year floodplain is on a western portion of the property. All construction activities and grading are to remain outside of the 100-year floodplain.
