Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to replace the roof on the historical Bunkhouse Building at Wilder Ranch State Park complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications and any issued addenda. Bids must be submitted for the entire work as described. Bids must be made on a standard bid form furnished by the Department of Parks and Recreation and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Department reserves the right to waive any irregularity in a bid or to reject any or all bids. A Letter of Bondability on Surety Company's letterhead is required with the bid submission, and upon contract award, Payment and Performance bonds must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days. The contractor agrees to complete all work within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work, including the ten (10) calendar days allowed to begin. License(s) required: C-39 Roofing License, or General B License, or General A License. General prevailing rate of wages applies. Bids exceeding $250,000 must include a bid security equal to at least 10% of the bid amount. Nondiscrimination and economic sanctions compliance are required. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure timely arrival of the bid at the designated location.
