Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work involves providing all materials and constructing the following: demolition of a portion of existing sidewalk, stripping and stockpiling topsoil, grading the site as shown for the construction of a new 60-car parking lot and restroom building. The parking lot includes rolled curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm catch basins and pipe, parking lot lights, HMA, striping, signage, restroom building, raingarden seeding, native plug plantings, oak trees, turf grass, and stormwater seed mix. Instructions to bidders: Bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Park Township for five percent (5%) of the total price must accompany each bid, binding the bidder for sixty (60) days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after scheduled bid receipt. Access to the park for site inspection is available during park hours from 7am to 10pm. Project must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials must be produced in the United States.
