Sealed proposals are requested for providing labor, material, and equipment for a Single Prime Contract for the South Wilmington Street Center Kitchen Renovations Project, located in Raleigh, NC. The project includes approximately 6,166 SF of interior renovations inside the Wake County South Wilmington Street Center. The construction scope consists of interior renovation of the existing kitchen area in the Men's Shelter, including select interior finish replacement, installation of some new kitchen equipment, freezer/cooler replacement, and associated plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
