This is an invitation to submit proposals for HVAC Preventative Maintenance, Demand Maintenance, and Emergency Services. The work includes inspection, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. The successful proponent will provide Preventative Maintenance, Demand Maintenance, and Emergency Services, including all materials, labour, supervision, transportation, inspections, permits, licenses, equipment, and ancillary devices required. Services must be delivered across a broad portfolio of facilities in a manner that minimizes operational disruption and ensures system reliability, performance, safety, efficiency, and resource conservation. Proponents must be qualified and experienced in HVAC services. Participating agencies include the City of Port Colborne, City of Thorold, City of Welland, Regional Municipality of Niagara, and Town of Pelham. Each participating agency will issue its own purchase order or agreement and pay its own invoices. Locations may change during the contract term.
