Site work and paving for a residential development in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
Project Number 2026 Seal Coat - Mountainview Approximately 5,100 feet of paving up to 22 feet in width - scratch and top coat, and approximately 41,702 square feet of seal coat in the Mountainview development. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day for paving and $200.00 per day for seal coat. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Township. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Township except as noted in the bid documents. A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded bid must be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award unless otherwise stated. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Location of the Work: Woodglen Road (3,082 SY), Merwood Road (11,134 SY), Plumwood Rd (3,354 SY), and Hillview Rd (3,281 SY) in Honey Brook Township , Chester County , PA.
