Replace and up size with PVC or HDPE approximately 8,000 linear feet of sewer line in the Magnums area remote sewer project, as well as rehabilitate all existing manholes and new laterals. Sewer mains consist of 6-inch to 10-inch VCP. This project will add all weather access roads where possible. The Contractor will have the option to either pipe burst or open cut the sewer mains. This project will also include storm drain improvements and concrete work. Storm drain work includes replacement of a 30-inch pipe in East Keswick Dam Road and installing 3 - 42-inch pipes for access to the sewer main network from St Nicholas Avenue. Concrete work includes improvement of the pedestrian access route from Guinevere Court to create vehicle access to the sewer network. Reg. Meas.
