Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Estimate $79,315.00 Work includes but is not limited to good faith asbestos inspection(s) testing to comply with RCW 49.26.013 as required to achieve the scope of work; removal and replacement of all existing roofing materials and 50% of plywood deck sheathing as well as 200 linear feet of fascia board; inspection and repair of all exposed roof framing for rot or damage; blocking and sealing any existing gable vents from attic interior; providing and installing new 1/2 " CDX plywood deck sheathing and roofing materials according to manufacturer's recommended installation specifications; installation of all new approved roofing system components, including ice and water shield roof underlayment, synthetic roof underlayment, composition roofing system, hip and ridge vent system (meeting code), Cor-A-Vent IN-Vent Attic Roof Vent or approved equal, all metal 24-gauge flashing components, replacement of all pipe boots, flashing, and exhaust venting; relocation of existing venting from exterior of building to vent out roof; installation of permanent fall arrest/restraint roof anchors and other accessories for safety and maintenance; installation of new fascia boards where needed and painting of all fascia before new gutter installation; installation of new 5" K-style aluminum gutters and 2"x3" aluminum downspouts; hauling and disposal of all debris and demolished materials; painting of b-vent flashings, roof accessories, and lead pipe flashings as needed; daily and final cleaning of all trash and debris; inclusion of prevailing wage rates; provision of all applicable warranties and permits; removal of all loose blown attic insulation and debris from all attics; removal of any paper obstructing ridge vents; removal of all fan ducting from bath fans in all attics; installation of new loose fill insulation to minimum R-49 with measuring devices; installation of new rigid pipe ducting to bath fans, insulated to R-11 after duct sealing; framing out and installing new attic accesses at breezeways using R-50 Battic Attic Access Door or approved equal; installation of framing over existing attic accesses to close down access to attic; and painting and touch up around disturbed drywall.
