The Hawkeye Park Tennis Court Reconstruction project includes the demolition and removal of the existing tennis courts, fencing, subdrain system, and PCC pavement. Improvements consist of the construction of six new tennis courts, including new PCC pavement, subdrain system, and perimeter fencing. The project also includes site restoration and all incidental work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications. Add Alternate #1 is for windscreen, Add Alternate #2 is for a tennis backboard, and Add Alternate #3 is for court lighting, with additional information for each on sheet C200. Qualified general contractors may obtain an initial set of Contract Documents free of charge, with a fee of $50 per set applying to additional sets and to bidding documents requested by other than prospective bidders, refundable under certain conditions. An individual must call 515-963-3520 in advance to reserve a paper copy. Doc Note Desc - This fee is refundable, provided the following conditions are met: (1) The Contract Documents are returned complete and in a good usable condition.
