Sealed proposals are requested for the Beaver County Friendship Circle Paving Project. The work includes full depth pavement replacement, milling, paving, concrete island installation, guide rail replacement, lighting, pavement markings, and traffic control for Friendship Circle in Brighton Township. All work and specifications must comply with PENNDOT Publication 408, latest edition. Bidders must provide evidence of PENNDOT pre-qualification. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or Surety Company bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the contract amount, made payable to the Beaver County Board of Commissioners.
