The Park Redevelopment Project consists of demolition, removal, and replacement of roughly 1950 square feet of concrete poured over a metal pool deck. Bids will be received by the Board of Park Commissioners through the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department from prime contractors for the McMillen Pool Deck Replacement Project. Bids must be submitted via www.questcdn.com. To be a valid bidder, a complete set of documents must be downloaded online at www.questcdn.com and all addenda must be acknowledged. There is no fee for downloading the documents, but a non-reimbursable fee of $15.00 is required for bid submittal.
