Remodeling of an educational facility in El Monte, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform a complete and operational installation of Owner-furnished HVAC equipment at seven (7) separate school sites within the District. Full cut-in and installation of the equipment provided by the client: Contractor will handle the installation of the aforementioned equipment, which includes one outdoor condenser and two indoor sections provided by EMCSD. All additional parts, refrigerant gas, and labor required for the installation at four separate school locations will be supplied by Contractor. The Contractor will remove all debris and leave work areas clean upon completion. The following equipment is Owner-furnished: A 45,000 BTU, 20 SEER2, FUJITSU High-Efficiency, 230 Volt, R-32 Refrigerant Gas, Multi-Zone Ductless Heat Pump Mini-Split System, featuring two indoor sections per school. - (7) - SEVEN FUJITSU 45,000 BTUs, 20 SEER2, FUJITSU HighEfficiency, 230 Volt, R-32 Refrigerant Gas Condensers (model: AOUHUSKWAS5) - 1 per school - (14) - FOURTEEN 24,000 BTUs Indoor Section (Wall Mounted Fan Coil) (Model #: ASUH24KPAS) - 2 per school - 230 Volt Electrical power to units on rooftop Liquidated Damages 1000 Estimated Bid Value Start/Delivery Date July 1, 2026 Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%) Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 05/15/2026 4:00 PM (PDT)
