The U.S. Coast Guard Base Ketchikan requires annual inspection, testing, and certification for its potable water system backflow preventers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform annual inspection, testing, certification, and reporting for all backflow prevention assemblies listed. The contractor must provide a detailed report of the work performed and, for any assembly that fails inspection or is found to be deficient, a written quote for the necessary repairs. Certified and qualified personnel are required, and proof of technician certification/license must be provided. All work is to be performed at USCG Base Ketchikan during normal base work hours. Bidders must submit a technical proposal describing their approach to meeting the requirements, along with completed representations, certifications, and pricing for the base and option years as indicated. Base Period: July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026
