The U.S. Coast Guard Base Ketchikan requires annual inspection, testing, and certification of cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform these services. Services include annual inspections, functional testing, and certification of the equipment listed, including Automotive Lift, Bridge Cranes, a Mobile A-Frame, a Mobile Crane, and various Monorail Hoists, as specified in the Statement of Work. The contractor will inspect and test all specified equipment in accordance with compliance documents, affix durable, waterproof certification tags to compliant equipment, provide individual inspection forms for each device, and submit a consolidated Final Deficiency Report within five business days of completing the inspection. No repair services are included. All travel, lodging, and per diem are to be included. Quotes must include a technical proposal describing the approach to meeting the Statement of Work requirements, offeror information, and agreement with all terms and conditions.
