Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middlebury, Vermont. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 5/9/2026 the project is being closed due to an administrative issue. This project will be re-posted for bidding in the near future and will include an addendum to address any questions that have been submitted up until this point. Work to be performed includes grading, subbase, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, shared-use path, drainage, temporary construction fencing, signage, and related items for a sidewalk and shared-use path.
