Sealed bids are requested for the Topton Park Pool Demolition. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight, and permits required to demolish the existing below ground pool and backfill with certified clean fill material. The limits of the existing concrete pool patio area are to be removed and backfilled to stabilization. Project Location: 205 South Callowhill Street Topton, PA 19562 Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the total bid. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract must be furnished by the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The Borough of Topton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
