Site work and new construction of a civil project in Live Oak, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Live Oak Has Been Awarded Cdbg-dr Funding in the Amount of $3,895,500.00 for the Potable Water System Improvements Project to Construct a 100,000-gallon Ground Water Storage Tank With Aeration, Install Two High-service Pumps With Variable Frequency Drives, Complete Electrical and Instrumentation Upgrades, and Implement Associated Site Work to Harden Critical Facilities. In Addition, the Project Will Install 11,800 Linear Feet of Pvc Water Main, Including Valves and Fire Hydrants, to Create System Looping and Redundancy Within the Distribution Network. Evaluation Criteria Are: Firm and Staff Qualifications and Experience (30 Points) Relevant Project Experience and Past Performance (25 Points) Technical Approach and Understanding of the Project (25 Points) Project Schedule and Availability of Key Personnel (10 Points) References and Overall Quality of the Proposal (10 Points) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
