Description

Site work for a civil project in Live Oak, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The City of Live Oak requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide grant administrative services for a $3,895,500.00 Disaster Relief category of the FFY 2023 and 2024 Small Cities CDBG Program to make improvements to the City’s potable water system. This grant will be used for the Water Storage Tank and Water Line Loop Project. Administrative services will include project/program management, financial tracking, environmental review, reporting, project closeout, and related activities. Proposals will be considered on an equal competitive basis, using the following criteria: CDBG Program Experience (40 points), The Firm’s Approach (20 points), Client References (20 points), Approach to Meeting Local Project Needs (10 points), and Proposed Fee Basis (10 points). Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Live Oak, Florida. Any questions must be submitted by February 23, 2026. In accordance with Chapter 287.133(2)(a), Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a proposal.
