Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility.

Sealed bids are requested for two Natural Gas Generac Standby Generators with installation for the City of Live Oak, FL. Bid documents are available by request. Bids must be delivered to the specified city address by the stated deadline. The deadline for all questions regarding this proposal is Monday, February 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM for an addendum to be issued by end of business on February 12, 2026. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Yolanda Tanksley, Project & Procurement Specialist at ytanksley@cityofliveoak.org. SPECIFICATIONS OF ITEMS BEING SOUGHT: Two (2) Standby Natural Gas Generators Standby Generator with Installation Price Includes: 1. Generator – 40 KW Generac XG04045 10 yr Warranty Transfer Switches Battery Concrete Pad Electrical Installation Factory Authorized start-up and registration Permits and Inspections provided by the customer Power Company Disconnect and Reconnect Customer will connect gas 1st Year Maintenance – 2 Visits Transfer Switch Surge ProtectorGenerator – 60 KW Generac 10 yr Warranty Use Existing Transfer Switch Battery Use Existing concrete Pad Electrical Installation Factory Authorized start-up and registration Customer will provide Permits and Inspections Power Company disconnect and Reconnect Propane Tank/Natural Gas Connections Unless otherwise noted 1st Year Maintenance – 2 Visits Transfer Switch Surge Protector
