Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

Project generally consists of selective demolition of existing freezer and related equipment, installation of new freezer and related equipment, demolition and site prep for new generator, installation of new generator and automatic transfer switch and associated electrical infrastructure. Bidders are instructed to obtain free-of-charge access to project bid documents online, where they can download, view, and print documents, as well as register for notifications of addenda. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternate Bids. The Bellevue School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities. The District may postpone contract award for up to thirty days after bid opening. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for opening or before award of contract, unless the award is delayed for more than thirty days. The Bellevue School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
