Renovation of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This section of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary to provide replacement roofing for the steep roof asphalt shingles, aluminum gutters and downpipes, as well as all low sloped modified bituminous SBS roof areas on Building No. 53 at Cluster Housing (CLU) on the University of Victoria Campus. The work includes removal and disposal of existing roofing system components, asphalt shingles and accessory components including underlays, pipe flashings, vents, aluminum gutters and down pipes, as well as two plies of SBS membrane that were not adhered to decks. The concrete covering and railing on the first floor balcony are to remain in place but the SBS membrane at roof perimeters is to be replaced.
