Renovation of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, 26-unit multi-residential development.
The work includes upgrades to the electrical infrastructure to facilitate an increase in electrical supply to the building by BC Hydro. Medewinwin Apartments is a 2-story apartment building with 26 – 1 bedroom units. It is comprised of an original building constructed in 1963 and an addition added in 2002. The work required is for the purpose of supporting the electrification of gas fired equipment plus the supply and installation of electric heat pumps for provision of heating and cooling to the building.
