Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Colwood (the 'City') is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain Proposals from qualified modular building suppliers for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of two modular buildings. These buildings will replace an existing portable located at the Public Works Yard at 3300 Wishart Road. The new facilities, a Modular Office Complex and a dedicated Washroom will support approximately 35 staff by providing reception areas, office space, meeting/lunchroom areas, washrooms, changerooms, and storage spaces.
