Sealed bids are invited for furnishing materials, labor, and equipment for the St. John School Sidewalk and Retaining Wall Replacement project. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms and in a sealed envelope plainly marked for the specified project. The right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of the Town is reserved. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bids will be considered valid for a period of sixty (60) days. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 No interpretations as to the meaning of the plans, specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be emailed to the Town of Watertown, Purchasing Agent, Donna Ford, ford@watertownct.org to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
