The Public Works Operations Division is requesting bids for items as specified in the project specifications. Major items include approximately 4,500 tons of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) with a minimum 95% content, delivered, and approximately 150 tons of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) with a minimum 98% average content, delivered. Prices are to be quoted per ton. The contract and schedule of prices will remain in effect from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with prices firm for those dates and not subject to seasonal changes. The contract may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods with a 3% annual price increase for rising material costs. Electronic bid submittals are required through IonWave by the deadline; hard copy bids will not be accepted. Each bidder is responsible for ensuring their submission is received and complete before the deadline; incomplete or late submissions will be automatically rejected. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties resulting in late submissions.
