Construct a concrete pad behind Building #8 to support maintenance activities for existing building electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and minor repair operations. All work includes furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the concrete pad in support of ongoing maintenance functions. Location: Fort Wayne Northern Indiana Health Care System Campus, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The Contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days. RFI Deadline is 05/29/2026 No late submissions will be accepted unless the CO determines providing a response would be beneficial to the VA.
