Sealed proposals will be accepted online for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the Wilson Borough 2026 Paving Project. Bids must be made on the online forms provided and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the Owner. All bids must include a Surety's Consent with the surety licensed to conduct business in Pennsylvania. The successful bidder must furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the contract price, and a Maintenance Bond equal to 15% of the contract price, on forms acceptable to the Owner. Affirmative action ensuring non-discriminatory practices in employment must be taken. Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality as permitted by law. Bids may not be withdrawn within 90 days after opening except per PA Act 4 of 1974, latest revision. Please note the installation of Safety Edge is incidental to this work if required. b. Base repair as needed as determined by the Owner after milling is complete.
