Site work and environmental remediation for a civil project in Cranford, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of desilting activities at designated locations along the Rahway River, as delineated on the Construction Plans. The primary objective is to restore the natural riverbed by removing accumulated silt, unsuitable materials, and underlaying soil layers as necessary to achieve existing bottom elevations. The scope of work includes hydraulic dredging of approximately 3,500 cubic yards of silt material, transportation and disposal of the dredged material at an approved facility and site restoration in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and project specifications. All work on this contract must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 05/19/2026 Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Owners representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid
