Demolition, site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in WDM, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project involves removing and reconstructing the existing Holiday Park Trail, a section of the Fairmeadows Park Trail, patching of the Mills Civic Trail, and replacing ADA Curb Ramps at the Wells Fargo Campus. The existing trail pavement will be removed and replaced with reinforced PCC pavement, which will include the preparation of subgrade. Sidewalk curb ramps will be modified to be ADA compliant.
