Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in WDM, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the project, including approximately 50 linear feet of 4 diameter water main, 2,897 linear feet of 8 diameter water main, fire hydrants and valves, connections to existing system, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work. Time for Commencement and Completion of Work. Work on the improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Board of Trustees. The Contractor shall substantially complete the project by December 18, 2026, fully complete the project by April 30, 2027.
