Sealed written bids are invited for the 2026 Superpave Wearing Course Bid, which is for "MATERIAL ONLY." The bid price must include delivery to Union Township. Bids must be submitted using the forms provided by the Township of Union, which are available at the Union Township Municipal Building. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, payable to the Township of Union. Bids must be sealed, clearly marked "2026 Superpave Wearing Course Bid," and either mailed or delivered to the Union Township Municipal Building. The Township of Union reserves the right to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the taxpayer and to waive any informalities or irregularities or reject any or all bids.
