Demolition and removal of the existing Sand Hill Road water storage tank. Furnish and install one new glass lined steel bolted water storage tank with a nominal storage volume of 300,000 gallons not including freeboard. Furnish and install associated yard piping, fittings, and appurtenances required to connect the new water storage tank to the existing distribution system. Construction of a new 15-foot wide gravel access road from Sand Hill Road near the intersection of Sand Hill Road and Elting Road. Site work, including but not limited to site clearing for the new access road, grading, erosion and sediment control, and drainage improvements as necessary. Electrical work required to successfully commission the new storage tank and connect to the Town's existing SCADA system.
