Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
The work consists of furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the reconstruction of Nash Park Road. This includes removing existing pavement and base, concrete curb and gutter, installing new base and asphalt pavement, tree removals, culvert removals, and restoration. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in the same and must be accompanied by a contract and bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashiers check, in the sum of five per cent (5%) of the bid, payable to the City of Kenosha as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured within fifteen (15) days of the award of contract The City of Kenosha reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Kenosha.
