Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work consists of removal of and salvage for re-use of the existing clay brick masonry to reveal concealed window and wall flashing components; removal and disposal of the sheet waterproofing membrane, including the existing sealant and mastic associated with the membrane; removal of and salvage for re-use of designated existing rigid insulation; installation of a new membrane and metal flashing system; installation of new rigid insulation where designated; installation of salvaged rigid insulation; and restoration of localized landscape. Bidders must be certified contractors. Sealed bids must be submitted via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (preferred), or by mail, third-party delivery, or hand delivery to the specified address. The bidder is responsible for ensuring timely delivery. Construction bidding documents can be obtained electronically. A site visit by each bidder is highly recommended prior to submitting a bid.
