The project consists of the following: Interior remodeling of four restrooms and one adjacent women's lounge area located in the Kenosha County Courthouse. There are two bathrooms located in the basement level and two bathrooms located on the first floor. Remodeling consists of all new finishes and the replacement of plumbing fixtures throughout. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
