Cancellation Description SUBJECT: IFB: 70Z03026BCLEV0036 Replace Roofs, U.S. Coast Guard Station Building Kenosha, Kenosha, WI 53140.This is official notice that this Pre-Solicitation/IFB has been cancelled in its entirety per FAR 14.209. Reason for this cancellation is Fiscal Advantage: The action is determined to be fiscally advantageous and otherwise in the best interest of the government. Thank you for your interest in this U. S. Coast Guard project Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing asphalt roofing systems down to the existing roof sheathing and install new asphalt roof systems. Work includes roof replacement at the Station Building main roof area, the addition roof area, the existing porch roof area, and the Boat House roof. The scope also includes mobilization, demobilization, site cleanup, and all activities required to fully complete the roof replacement work within the specified performance period. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Station Kenosha, 3600 1st Street, Kenosha, WI 53140. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
