The Contractor shall perform the work to include, but not be limited to 1. Contractor shall review all Pre-Demolition inspection reports and other historic reports made available at City of Racine's City Hall. 2. Contractor shall perform a Pre-Construction Survey. Contractor shall submit a Pre-Construction Survey Report to Engineer. 3. The Contractor shall perform an engineering inspection in accordance with OSHA 1926.850 and prepare and submit a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) addressing how risks identified in the engineering inspection will be managed for information purposes. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a Waste Management Plan for approval, a Fugitive Emissions Management Plan (FEMP) for approaval, a Deconstruction and Demolition Work Plan for informational purposes, and a Geotechnical Testing Plan for approval. The Contractor shall submit plans to the Owner's Representative for approval.. Before commencing Work of each phase, submit an updated copy of the Contractor's construction schedule showing the sequence, commencement and completion dates for all phases of the Work. The contractor shall submit a Plan for shoring existing building walls to retain surrounding soils. The shoring plan shall be stamped by a currently licensed State of Wisconsin Structural Engineer and shall include the following: product sheets, schedules, pay applications, quality reports, and all other documentation required by the specifications and Contract to the owner's representative for Informational Purposes. Approvals will be provided by the Owner or Owner's Representative. If approval is not granted, the Contractor shall address the review comments and resubmit. No work shall be performed until all Plans and Submittals are approved.
