Site work for a civil project in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
There are two construction bid items: CLIN 0001 - Base Bid: All work except items expressly included in CLIN 0002 - Option 01. Replacement of saltwater piping West of (and including) a new isolation valve at Station E7755 in the Farragut Tunnel near Lateral 14. CLIN 0002 - Option 01: Work East of lateral 14. Replacement of saltwater piping East of Lateral 14. A complete and useable design is provided if CLIN 0001 is awarded and CLIN 0002 would provide additional work. Location: The work is located at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Bremerton WA approximately as indicated. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. Estimated Budget Amount or Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
