The selected vendor is responsible for purchasing and storing these materials to ensure that they can be produced and delivered to the Twin Chimneys Landfill as needed. The materials are to be purchased and stored by the proposer or the manufacturer, but storage does not guarantee that the proposer will be the installer, as installation will be subject to a separate solicitation. The purpose of procuring these materials ahead of construction is to minimize potential schedule delays due to material availability.
