Greenville County is seeking a qualified contractor for a park and stormwater improvement project at Riverbend Equestrian Park. This project will decrease stormwater runoff and improve water quality and biodiversity within the Upper Reedy watershed, while also enhancing park access and aesthetics. Work includes the installation of bioretention cells, rain gardens, and a walking path, as well as improvements to existing swales and vegetation, as outlined in the plans, details, specifications, and pricing proposal included in this Invitation for Bids. All inquiries regarding this bid shall be submitted no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026, 12:00 am via the County's online procurement Portal. This project involves the construction and installation of stormwater best management practices (BMPs) and associated site improvements at Riverbend Equestrian Park. The work generally consists of constructing rain gardens, bioretention cells, and improvements to existing vegetated swales designed to capture, slow, and filter stormwater runoff through engineered media and established vegetation. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a walking path to improve park accessibility and visitor experience. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete all work in accordance with the site drawings and specifications provided.
