The Corporation is seeking bids for the CASM "L" Roof Replacement project, which involves replacing the lower sections of the low-slope roofing at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum to restore watertightness and proper, fully roof assembly performance. The work applies only to the Canada Aviation & Space Museum. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit to fully understand the scope of work and existing site conditions. All inquiries and questions regarding the bid and its completion must be directed in writing to the Procurement Authority. No communications should be made directly to the Corporation or its representatives during the bidding process. Bid Security - Performance Bond 50 % - Labor and Materials Bond 50 % Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/05/27 02:30:00 PM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Pre-Bidding Events: All Bidders MUST attend this mandatory site visit to be eligible to submit a Bid. All Bidders will be required to sign in as proof of attendance. At the Mandatory site visit, Bidders will be shown the requirements and extent of the Work covered under this ITT. All inquiries and questions regarding the ITT and the completion of a bid must be directed, in writing, to the prime contact for this Project ("Procurement Authority") outlined below. No communications should be made directly to the Corporation or any of its representatives during the ITT process and such communications will not be considered.
