Reference Number 0000423697 This Request for Proposal seeks a qualified contractor to provide asphalt maintenance and pavement improvement services for the Colorado School of Mines . The scope of work includes crack filling; asphalt patching; parking stall striping; installation of handicap ("H/C") space logos (blue/white); electric vehicle ("EV") space logos (green/white); sealcoating; grading and compacting the Q Lot using existing crushed asphalt; and related pavement maintenance activities. Contractors must apply Type 2 Sealcoat for parking lots and complete fire lane curb painting as part of the scope. Mines requires that the primary body of work be completed between July 15 and August 7, 2026. In addition to the scheduled work, Mines may require additional repairs or parking lot maintenance services throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
