Lower Gwynedd Township will accept proposals for Traffic Signal Improvements at various intersections within Lower Gwynedd, Montgomery, and Horsham Townships, Montgomery County, PA. All proposals are to be submitted via PennBID. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457 and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner if listed in the proposal or if they undertake any part of the construction.
