Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Chillicothe, Ohio. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Design professionals to provide the following consulting services related to the design, renovation, revitalization, and/or construction of the Ross Chillicothe Visitor Center Project (the "Project"): Construction and Specialty Inspection Testing On-site services as needed by Owner Dan McCloskey Question Deadline 05/13/2026 at 12:00 PM ET All questions concerning this RFQ shall be directed in writing via email to , Project Manager at dmccloskey@structurepoint.com with courtesy copies to Bradford Cosenza at bradcosenza@rosscountyohio.gov and Sarah Mallory at smallory@INcompliance.com . The Owner reserves the right to waive any defect or technicality in any SOQ received or to eliminate any firm that submits an incomplete or inadequate SOQ or that is not responsive to the requirements of this RFQ . Request for Proposal for design services is underway . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
