Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Board of Supervisors, West Earl Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for a mill and paving project located within the Township. A ten percent (10%) bid security deposit is required to be enclosed with each bid proposal in accordance with the Contract documents. Within ten (10) days after the Contract has been awarded, the successful Bidder shall furnish to the Township, the Bonds and Insurance Certificates required by the Contract Documents, guaranteeing the performance of the Contract. Furnish and place 9.5mm Wearing Course to 1.5 " compacted depth . Meadow Bidders to meet with Township Representative prior to bidding to confirm exact locations . Milled notches , sweeping , tack coat , and seal all joints incidental to work .
