Description

Site work and new construction of a library in Russellville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a library; and for site work for a library.

The Contract will require completion within 365 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will accrue per the General Conditions of the Contract. All Bidders bidding in amounts exceeding $50,000 must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama (current version), as amended. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bidsand to waive informalities and technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will be served.
