The Russellville Water and Sewer Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional architectural and engineering companies to establish a pool of pre-approved vendors which, for a period of threeyears from the date of this advertisement, may be called upon as needed to provide professional services for grant applications and possible grant-funded projects. Potential grant funding sources include, but are not limited to, the State of Alabama/HUD CDBG, LWCF, RTP and related programs, theAppalachian Regional Commission, the Economic Development Administration, and Federal Emergency ManagementAgency grant programs. The Russellville Water and Sewer Board reserve the right toaward any number of contractsor not award any contract. Due to the as-needed nature of thework, no work is guaranteed onany contract, even if awarded. Fees to be determined on a project-by-project basis. All proposals should be sealed and clearly marked on the outside Proposal for Professional Services for the utility of Russellville Water and Sewer Board.
